They do not hurt others.\n \nPerform kriya-practice regularly. You, too will be able to let your mind and intellect enter the Sushumna.\n \nKriya-practice with devotion is the panacea for all type of suffering.\n \nYou must discharge your responsibilities for parents, wife/husband & children. It will help in the Kriya-practice.\n \nThe Kriya practice can enable you to know your past lives.\n \nOn confessing the sins (theft, injustice, illicit relationships etc.) before Rev. Gurudeva, He destroys them by the Kriya practice.\n
