Features: Operates with ATmega328 microcontrollers. Digital LCD backlight display for easy readings, can display measured data and graphics. One key operation with automatic power shutdown. Can be powered by 9V battery(not included). With shell and bracket, portable and convenient for use. Automatic detection of NPN and PNP bipolar transistors, N-Channel and P-Channel MOSFETs, JFETs, diodes, double diodes, Thyristors and Triacs. Automatic detection of pin layout of the detected part. Measure of current amplification factor and base-emitter threshold voltage of bipolar transistors. Detection of the protection diode of bipolar transistors and MOSFETs. Measuring of the Gate threshold voltage and Gate capacity value of MOSFETs. Resistance measurement resolution is 0.1 ohms, 50M ohms can be measured. Up to two diodes are shown with symbol or symbol in correct order. Notice: Before measuring capacitance, the capacitor must be discharged, otherwise very likely damage the meter.
