After 7 years of implementing Kaizen at Buzău City Hall: The response time to official requests from citizens and businesses has been reduced by 3,596 years, with the number of employees reduced by 30%; Increased own revenues by more than € 20 million, from € 32 million in 2016 to over € 52 million in 2023.
