Many Bibles have flimsy paper and small font sizes in order to reduce the production cost to make the Bibles more affordable--but you have to squint to read them, and they tear easily. This edition takes the opposite approach. The sturdy paper and larger (size 11) font makes for many more pages--and a more expensive product--but should be easier to read and last longer than other editions.
